Who cares about Them?
I am tired of the Human Rage
And I need to turn the Page
The Train is running so fast
That Cows and Calves are just
White Spots on a Green Landscape
And I know They cannot escape
I see Them, so Peaceful and Quiet
While in Paris it's Chaos and Riot
People want to rest in Peace
After having lived through Wars
While They want to live in Peace
And to die when Nature calls
I look from the Train at these Charolaises
And I wonder Who cares about Them
I certainly do, and I dream of a Train
Carrying all these Beautiful Creatures
Away from their Cruel, Unnatural Fate
Written in Blood by So-called "Humans".

This poem has been running through my head since my travel by train from Paris to Milan, last Saturday. I was not seated near the window (those places were occupied by two of the three annoying old ladies mentioned here), thus I could not take any quick pictures of the Cows and Calves in the field: I illustrate my poem by this photo found on Alamy.

About the second picture, it is a photograph commented by me two years and a half ago: I used it for my article about the Parisian Salon de l'Agri-Torture, an infamous Horror Show of Beautiful Creatures who must die.

Here is the article about Meat is Murder (The Smiths' song and album), I wrote in February 2025. I still have to write the second part, and maybe I will write it as a separate article, but my school holidays are too short and paper and pen need my time.
All I write on my blog is directly written by my childlike fingers on the virtual keypad of my smartphone (I struggle to teach English and Italian to my French phone), but paper and pen are my natural environnement and I have also plenty of ideas for new drawings.
Poem and short article by me and AI-free, as everything I write; and I never use automatic translators neither.
