Vigilia - Vigil

How could I sleep

This Night

When You are not

With Me?

Please, come back to Me

And hold my Hand again

So tightly that it hurts

As You used to do while

We slept side by side

This Neverending Vigil

Draped in a Veil of Silence

Is Pain and Consolation

Before the Resurrection

But I need to have a Dream

And I need to dream of You

Every single Night of my Life

In sæcula sæculorum, Amen.
