The Seagulls greet Me gaily

The Sun warmly kisses Me

The Sea whispers gentle words

That the Mountain quickly echoes

I even hear Your Voice telling Me

"How beautiful is this marine breeze

Breathing softly in the afternoon!"

Yes, I am back Home

But You are not here

And I feel so alone

That I could disappear

Like a pale, tiny Shadow

When the Sun goes down
