Too busy to write, still I have found the time for this drawing.

New York, New York (especially in the original musical version by Liza Minnelli) is a song I cherish since I was a baby. My family (from both sides, maternal and paternal) has some distant relatives in the USA (New York, Florida and California, and maybe elsewhere) and when I was a child I hope I will go there to meet them. When the older ones died, there was nobody to keep writing and sending letters and I was too young (just a child) to write to their grandchildren, who were young adults who probably spoke Italian just a little and would not be able to write a letter in their grandparents native language.
Nevertheless, sometimes I think that one day I will find and meet them.
Who knows, maybe some of them will attend Morrissey's concert this night...
