Getting Things Done

After the big générale yesterday, I did a small rehearsal this afternoon with Q., who plays the guitar for my first musical number; for the second one, I use a recorded base, as I did last year for the first cabaret, when I played the role of Oscar Wilde and sang two songs from Morrissey's solo repertoire.

Q. is playing the piano now: he is a talented musician but he, too, is a teacher because it is what pays his rent. His live background music make me feel more relaxed and ready to face the last rentrée scolaire of the year 2025/2026, before Summer school holidays.
